Every web site is different, and the time and skill needed to put
together each site is different. Neither hours nor the number of pages can always be used as fair basis for setting rates. Often days are spent on creating or finding images, building a database, CGI systems, or other elements of a successful web site. The chart below is a good basis for estimating your development costs at Highland Web Works.

$35-45 for additional static web page
Additional changes as needed based on the project
$15-25/per hr.
